Pascal Heiniger —
designer and systems builder.

I am an independent designer based in Andermatt, Switzerland. My work is about building practical digital systems around how a business actually works — not around what looks good in a pitch deck.

That can mean a website, a booking flow, an internal workflow tool, a photography system, a content setup, a prototype, or a combination. I do not sell fixed service packages. I start with a real conversation about what is actually getting in the way.

I work especially well with small businesses, tourism operations, sport organisations, local community projects, and teams with complicated workflows that have never been properly sorted. Clients are mostly in Switzerland, but I work remotely across Europe.

If you are not sure whether you need a website, a tool, or something else entirely — that is exactly the kind of conversation I am built for.

FAQ

Do I need a new website?

Not necessarily. Sometimes the real problem is an unclear booking flow, missing content, or a process that has never been digitised properly. In the first conversation I look at what is actually getting in the way — and give you an honest answer about whether a new website is the right solution.

What do you mean by a tailored digital system?

A system built around how your business actually works — not a standard package. That might be a website, a booking tool, an internal overview, a content setup, photography, or a combination. I start with how you actually work, and build from there.

Is this only for businesses in Andermatt?

No. My clients come from across Switzerland and Europe. Andermatt is my base, but I work remotely and travel for projects that need an on-site presence.

Do you offer photography, copy and social media support too?

Yes. Photography, image editing, copy drafts, content structures and social media systems are all part of my toolkit — usually as part of a larger system rather than standalone services.

What happens in the first conversation?

You answer three short questions about your business in writing. I read them, prepare, and we talk for 30 minutes — free, with no sales pitch. You decide afterwards whether working together makes sense.

Do you work with existing websites and tools?

Yes. I look at what already exists before I build anything new. Often an existing system can be improved without replacing everything.

Can you build prototypes or internal tools?

Yes. I build functional prototypes and simple internal tools — for example booking overviews, forms, dashboards, or automated workflows. Not large-scale software development, but many things that are genuinely useful for small operations.

What makes this different from hiring a normal web designer?

I do not sell you a website. I first look at how your business works, and then decide which tool fits. That might be a website — or it might not. No package, no pitch deck, no standard solution.

your messy
workflow.

Tell me about the friction. I will tell you if there is a direct route to something better. No pitch deck, no proposal theatre — a real conversation about what you actually need.
